I am going to check it out on Sunday. I need it like I need a hole in my head, but it's just so different from the usual baywindows that I think I want it?

Good luck! If it still has the completely '70s American interior, make sure to post a pic!

It’s so wrong in so many ways that it’s right. The headliner, pinstriping, wheels, seats, spare tire mount - and center row captains chairs. Chrome bumpers and chrome overriders ? Checks a lot of the right boxes for me. Heh.

What happened with this? The original review of the Landmark conversion was that it was undriveable if you were over 5'7"

There's some funky issues with the title that is scaring people away. I saw the quilted headliner, but it didn't *look* as though it was sticking down further than normal - but that would put me off big time.

It's just so different that I believe it's worth saving, but by someone else. =)

The pimpmobile headliner was only part of the recipe for lousy headroom. In the review, the seat was some American over-stuffed ergonomic catastrophe that sat you up too high. The original late model buses (74-on up) had already elevated the driver/passenger to "almost-too-high". Yeah, so good luck bus, hope you find a home.
