I would like to thank the United States of America for helping me survive the pandemic-forced shutdown of my business income on March 5, 2020 by means of an accepted application for unemployment benefits and a SBA loan that came in at $11,000.00, so it will be applied to my losses and paid off at $58.00/mth for the next three decades. The promotional tour from September 10 through October 14, 2020 was a series of beer-lubricated socially distanced visits that included only conversations and walk-arounds with no invoices or payments for services rendered. A single income-generating call was also performed in December with no participation from my customer.
My rickety little rowboat might be listing a bit and my socks might be wet, and I might have lost an oar, and I might be paddling in circles, but it is another day on Earth, and that is all I ask in this moment.
