That is post-repair, and the finest paint matcher in the land (because he said so) had to declare the same defeat I did:
in the sunlight, the panel looks orange and missing brilliance, under flourescents, it looks brighter since they used white in place of chrome yellow. Other than that, a solid job and a damn miracle on the bumper.
