Maybe 'running rough' is not as accurate as saying that Pearl is occasionally stalling, and hesitating. The timing was definitely out, and getting it back in, has improved matters.
I retightened the exhaust clamps, and checked the oil drain bolt, which are oil-free.
I'm not at a place where I can work on her right now, besides the fact that it's freezing and raining... as soon as I have a place, I'll follow up on the valves, etc.

Freezing and raining? God, I hate this stupid planet, this dripping icy dungeon of dampness, why if I was God, I would have made our orbit a good five million miles closer to the sun and I would have eased the tilt to only about 18*, (and probably screwed up the entire LIFE thing).
