Latest weather report... mix of clouds and sun Thursday, Mostly dry Friday.. may be some rain Friday night/early Saturday.. then it should get nice.

Seeing how I can't make it, I'd gladly take any rain down this away for you. We're running mighty low this year.

How the hell are we gonna go thru a full keg? I guess it depends on how many boozers are chipping in. And the alc. % of the beer.
Do we get to vote? I'd say a porter, that would be nice for cold weather.

Hell I'm still bringing a 12 pack to boot.

I don't know about a porter. While I like Porter Hammy, the thing is after about two or three I get a little tired of it. Maybe it's just me. I'll drink whatever. A pale ale or IPA would be my top pick.. but I imagine by now it's all been ordered anyway.

So for pitch in so far we have:

Me
Jasan
Paige
Mark
Bob
Gypsy
Spiffy

so that's 7 people times 3 days.. I think we can easily do it. Plus you know there will be a lot of drifters drifting into our stash.. unless Mark hides it real well.

$145 divided by seven is right around $20.

Anyone bringing a bike? Wondering whether I should bring mine or not.

Nay sayer. No voting, just my choice as the keg getter. No beer for you.

Me too :drunken:

Yes, I'll cart mine along. Kinda fun zipping around the campground and such.

X3 on the extra beer. I drink like fish on campout grasshoppa.

I think we floated the full keg at the San Juans in two and a half days but Gypsie DID have at an extra night............

Just sayin. :geek:

I wish I could be with you all on a camping trip. Please have pictures to share I love looking at them, I like living vicariously through you all because well....all I have time for right now is my commitment for the restoration of this 100+ year old “crack house” just outside D.C which is where I am. The project is next door so I should not complain.... it has been cold and the only heat over there is from kerosene heaters I would love to be on a camp out....Enjoy! :flower:
Peace,
Meg

Hey I see you mention the San Juan Islands. My brother’s godparents, The Gardners owned a book store on Orcas Island for years. When I was a teenager I never wanted to go ...ugh what was I thinking! It was a Christian bookstore called The Sand Dollar has anyone seen it?
