Itinerant Air-Cooled

We will be heading to Glacier Na this summer. Pretty psyched as we haven't been in 15 years and the kids never. This park is by far our favorite. Rising Sun campground is a stop we are looking into staying at. The issue is that it is now a hardside camper campground. Must be bear activity.
Is the westy looked at as a hardside?
Any experience here?

That's tricky, as it's absolutely a hard sided camper - but with an optional soft side popup.
I would call them direct and ask, even if someone comes along to say it was fine when they were there.

I was last there in my Westfalia in 2004, and at that time it was fine.

Kudo's BTW, that's still my all time favorite park as well. =)
