If it will be overrun by fishermen then I'd like to go to Big Bottom Land as is the tradition.
Dates are open!

yeah, i'm supposed to pick up the high top that weekend. who knows if it'll happen. knowing my luck we'll plan for the 29th and he will have delayed a week. but the 22nd is at least the date he picked.

It should work, would be good to see you at a camp!
We can always make it closer if it's easier for everyone.

Anyone know the fishing situation for end of April? Any runs? Hopefully the place won't be overrun by fishermen, but it's pretty way the hell out there surrounded by ranches etc. It will be interesting to find, that last couple of miles look really vague.

Other option Big Bottom, there are 2 creeks that come together just above, and the Skyline used to go thru. A lot closer to home for those reluctant to drive as far as the John Day. The usual Clackmas jungle/clearcuts and dark old forests.

man, hard to choose, both have their advantages. that fly fishing site is great, i'm gonna spend some more time there. i'll bet the answer to whether it will be overrun is somewhere on there.

but, shit, i chose the date and it's youse dudes' bdays...

Low 50s and general wind for 5 days at Badger! I'm clammed.
If no one cares let's make it closer.
Have fun all off you!

That 84 trip got under my skin. People were really driving like assholes. 57 HP.
