Tonight: Rain and snow, becoming all snow after 11pm. Low around 28. West wind between 3 and 6 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New snow accumulation of 2 to 4 inches possible.

Thursday: A 40 percent chance of snow showers. Partly sunny, with a high near 43. West wind 5 to 8 mph becoming east.
Thursday Night: A 20 percent chance of snow showers. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 22. Northwest wind at 5 mph becoming south.

Friday: A 20 percent chance of snow showers. Partly sunny, with a high near 46. West wind at 10 mph becoming east.

Cold I can handle. It's the rain that can make a camp trip miserable. I'm getting out of town around noon on Friday. Hopefully should put me into camp late afternoon sometime. Glad it's light til 7:30 or so now. Going to go through the Gorge and try to avoid snow over the mountain.
Chorizo, it's what's for breakfast.

Yeah me too. Across Mt. Hood on 26 would be a bad idea for those considering it.

As of now, it's not yet snowing in Wamic. Maybe we'll just get a dusting on the Eastside.

Woke up to 7 inches of snow yesterday morning. Lots of downed tree limbs and no power. Power's still out. My weekend will now be spent cleaning up a big freakin' mess. Have fun out there.

Yea, I know. Funny how things work out sometimes. We just had power restored. I wish I could put clean up off, but I can't.

I'm still going.
Will be meeting up with Gypsie somewhere's along I-84 Friday afternoon.
After remembering to put the chains in my bus last night, I had to pull them back out this morning for the Toyota Matrix so I could get myself to work.
4" of snow today at my place.
Mental note. Put chains back in bus tonight.

What time and where? If it's around the time I'm heading out I'll join you guys. I think this might be a trip where safety in numbers could come in handy.

That's a bit later than I think you were planning.

Yeah I'm hoping to be in camp by then. I've got the chains so I'm sure there wont be an issue. See you guys there.
