Also, we can start a club! "Sparkle Metallic Paint Bus Club of Southern California." Or, the SMPBCOSC for short. That just rolls off the tongue, like much of the German I learned last week.

"Byass Boat Sparklelike Metallic Paint Bus Club of Southern California." Or, the BBSMPBCOSC for even shorter.

Well that is a beauty. You should have no trouble selling that at al.
I now have a deposit down, and shipping arranged, for a Sage Green '76 which I'm looking forward to immensely.
Would love to take part in a SoCal IAC meet up in the new year.

This sounds like a splendid idea. Perhaps I could get a ball rolling on this…

Update.
Waiting for 4Corners to arrange shipping of the bus back to sunny downtown Burbank.. it's bad weather over in Minnesota apparently and the wait is unbearable! For both me and I'm sure the seller.
Before this We suffered a painful three weeks delay setting up a transaction using escrow.com for the purchase. I transferred by Electronic Check rather than Wire which was a very very bad move apparently. After that I Wired the money over and initiated shipping.
I am finding it very hard indeed to be patient.

Good god, eche sold his bus! Other than mechanical stuff which eche_bus didn't seem get to yet, that thing should be darn near pristine. You struck gold, my friend.

It's excellent. No other word for it. It's quite intimidating having something partially restored to such a standard. Service history shows it was last in LA in 1991 before moving to Minnesota. It's back home now!
