Hi, folks.

Here at sunny Lake Havasu City, the sun just came out from an overcast sky at 9:44 a.m. Ronnie tells me that we have 235 buses registered so far, with more arriving all the time. Not as many vendors as last year, but the usual range of stuff laid out on blankets and tarps for the individual swappers. The weather has been windy but it's supposed to settle down and be beautiful for the rest of the event. I sure miss all you guys.

Well, I'm home but dead tired. I'll get to uploading the photos maybe later tonight or...soon.

I did have my new generation early bay FG luggage rack out there and it was well received.

I did stop in at WW, talked to Tony and he wants to add them to his new catalog! :bounce:

Well......got to watch some TV before doing some other work....

Thanks, they are glossy smooth as a baby's butt!......

I'm thinking of making a topper to cover the top (all models) but instead of Fiberglass (tough to keep the thickness the same) making them from vacuum formed 3/16" (draws thinner with molding) white ABS plastic?

Not cheap, but made in the USA by Americans......and Resins are made from crude oil waste....

Thanks Werks,

Maybe one day I'll make it there in person.

On a side note, I saw this yesterday and thought it maybe something you'd be interested in.

There's a good thread connected to it about doing other vehicles as well (type III).

As always, I had a great time! Hanging out with great friends always makes for a sweet campout.
Took home a Top 20 award as well.
