I meant just for the CIS stuff. How much do you think it would be?

Prices seem to vary week to week..but next time i go ill get a rough idea. Checkout at the yard is much like a border-crossing in Central America...a mixture of trepidation, bribery and luck.

Does it have to be specifically Audi 4000 or Fox...or something else of equivalent cc's OK ?

Excellent Link! Thanks! Is there one for a Type 4?

It has to be an Audi 4000S or a VW Fox. Those almost bolt right up.

It has to be one of those. I've spoke to a few people about it and all said that anything else would be a headache. If you want, I can give you my cell # and you can call if you find one.

Yeah sure, just PM to me. Ill go on a scoutiong mission as soon as the rain lets up in next few days. By the way, i assume you want the pre-02 sensor/ECU models of the above-mentioned vehicles (CIS as opposed to CIS-E) ? Im curious what is so specific about those models that makes them use-able...the majority of CIS cars in the yards are Volvo, Saab, Rabbit, Merc and 5-cyl Audi

CIS-E is what I need. The person who is instructing me on how to do this said thatif I used one of those two there would be very little fabrication to make it fit the stock L-Jet setup. And the air meter bolts right up.

I need the entire setup. Even the computer & wiring.
