There is a little metal collar that attaches each injector to the intake runner. Unbolt it then pull/wiggle the injector free. It helps if you can cut the rubber fuel line (might as well change it anyway) between the injector and the metal fuel rail. That or pull the whole rail assy.

That's what I do. Makes it easier to put everything back together, as there's not much room to work. Use a little Gumout to lube the new hoses, makes assembly a snap.
