Sticky throttle body?

Is there a dirty fix for a sticky throttle body? The bore is worn from about 6:00 to 8:00 and the butterfly sticks in the depression just when off idle pedal is applied. I've looked around and can't find any rebuilt ones.

Open the throttle plate and file a little bevel along the edge that contacts the throttle bore.

Thanx Colin. Seems to have worked on the bench. See what happens when I put it in. Gotta get a new seal for the plenum. Ordering a couple things from Bus Depot in the AM.
