Itinerant Air-Cooled

Just found out this morning (!) (Aug 22, 2013) from one of our members that the link was dead. Photobucket has tortured me with their site redesign, and my library was scrambled.

Djet was never offered in the 912's that I know of as the 912E (76 only) with Ljet!

Edit forthcoming. That poor 912E had an air pump + L-Jet which sounds to me like lean heat hell city.

Haha, it just shows that I actually read your posts, not that I was trying to be critical. Nice drawing of a type3 Djet engine bay. Wish I still had my 69 Fastback as it was a great little car.

I have a Djet tester which tests nearly all Djet equipped cars incl. type 3's, type 4's and 914's. It an electronic tester called a Janbo. So I am making it available for loaning out and yes, I have the instruction manual for it.

Haha, you are too funny but I did look for a place to add this info so you and others could use this tester as its great to test the FI cable and connections.
