I replaced a bad hazard switch sometime ago and the new one just hasn't worked right. I suspect odd wiring by the PO who had tapped into the positive lead for the cigarette lighter... which was getting power from the hazard switch.
I've looked at Bentley but it confused me. I'm searching TS but so far no luck. I need an actual diagram or picture of the hazard switch and what color wires connect to which tabs.
For a '79 Westy Bus with FI & automatic transmission.
thanks!

I remember that when mine fell apart all kinds of weird shtuff was going on with anything related to lights. I got lucky, I just poked the guts back into the metal box and duct taped it all back together.......no really I did. I did this two years ago and everything is still just ducky........ ducty?
I really did poke it back together and duct taped it.
