70amp alternators. Info, please-Bus Depot, etc.
My 70 amp unit is OK, but I would like to pick up a spare/backup unit. Is anyone using the Bus Depot product, and how is it working for you? Is there a known, good rebuilder of these things?

I can't remember just what part was "unavailable" that did not allow my local re-builder guy to do a 70 amp. I was thinking it was some sort of circuit board in there, but not sure.
I like the local re-builder guy and he has a cute 5 year old son that likes clown noses.
Is there a part number for that hard to find part and a place to buy it?

I just had my 50 amp Alt rebuilt for my 914 at NAPA and it came back tested putting out 62 amps. Now that's a rebuild
