Hey guys, could use some help. Have a Fuel Injected 2.0L bus that runs good and put a pressure gauge on the fuel rail (idle at 30psi). The problem is I lost the screw and washer that seals that port. Anybody have a part number or what to look for/order? I think its maybe 7mm.
hooray.....found it, it was in the last place I looked.

The head of the fine little machine screw is indeed 7mm. But the thread pitch and shank size is a whole lot tinier.
Had you found it in the second-to-last place you looked, we would have wondered . . . .

Re: Fuel rail screw
i did the same thing. it sat there hiding on the engine deck through a couple of camping trips, rolling around, then returned to me. sometimes you get lucky.

Re: Fuel rail screw
Well, I lost mine for good on the shoulder of I-94 on a windswept afternoon with thunderheads piling in from the west. Finally, panickically, found a carburetor choke screw that worked as well. Still on the fuel rail, too.
