Gland Nut - Type1

Post by hambone » Tue Aug 06, 2013 5:28 pm

Oh what a subject.
Given the low quality of parts on the market today, is it still advisable to replace that old nut when the flywheel is off?
How do you tell if one is worn beyond use?
I am hesitant to replace ANYTHING anymore...
