Any negatives to using high pressure fuel line to connect the 2 brake fluid reservoirs since the old plastic one is leaking?
I can't seem to find a source for a similar replacement.
Thanks for any input.

I would hesitate before using fuel specific hose for a brake fluid application. I'd be worried that the rubber might deteriorate in the brake fluid and end up gumming up your brake works. If you can determine the manufacturer of your current hose you might be able to contact them and ask about it.
You might be altogether better off calling an industrial hose supply company (my supplier in Tucson is Granberry (520) 884-5921 www.granberry.com) and ordering something that is specific to brake fluid with the correct inside diameter.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking about, the brake fluid doing bad things to the rubber, as I know how bad brake fluid is for paint etc....
The hose that came off is factory, and I can't seem to find a part number anywhere.
It feels kinda like polyethylene, hard white/clear plastic, but again, I am not sure what brake fluid does to the different plastics, and I am not 100 % sure that's what the original is....

I believe that both BusDepot and Wolfsburg West sell the hose.
If not, try parts@bustedbus.com
Do not use fuel hose. Brake fluid will eat it up.
Edit: I just checked, and WolfWest does sell it. Part number is:
211611801
