It seems I had forgotten how to send anything through the mail, but I finally got it mailed today.

I got the envelope with the invoice... but no stickers inside. It seems the envelope wasn't sealed. Maybe it popped open during transit and now some postal worker has two nice Washington VW stickers. All I got was the invoice. Crazy. The envelope looks perfect like the adhesive wasn't even licked.

Sticker-less in Seattle.

Nope, no cardboard. Just a lonely piece of 8 1/2" x 11" paper.

Everyone,

We did send the stickers out as stated above. We deeply apologize to all of you who received empty envelopes. After speaking with Carman, I have figured out what happened. The stickers and packing slips were placed in the smaller envelopes by Carman. She placed stamps on the envelopes too. Then she stacked them on the counter for me to take to the post office. She did not seal the envelopes though and I assumed she had. Bad assumption on my part and I should have double checked that they were sealed. One customer (Barb Sklar) did get an intact envelope with her sticker. The remaining 3 of you - Bajaman72, dtrumbo and Zabo - more than likely will receive empty envelopes too. Again we are so sorry and will immediately resend new stickers to you.

Vdubzen also received an empty 10" x 13" envelope, but I personally sealed the larger envelope, and since have arranged to have a new batch of stickers printed and will resend him his order as soon as we get the replacement stickers.

We can't apologize enough to you. We are deeply sorry, and feel like idiots for this failure on our part. To make up for your "misery", we will put some additional different stickers in your envelopes and send them to you as soon as we can.

Again, our apologies to all of you.

Thanx for clarifying that Vdubzen.....then only Zabo, Dtrumbo and Bajaman72 will be affected. Still, that's bad enough for us to feel crappy about the mistake.

I'm just glad there's a reason! I was wondering if I had a letter carrier who was steaming open envelopes! :evil4: Please don't fall all over your sword, oops's happen! Thanks for clearing up the mystery!
