There's a guy on FB that's cutting keychains (looks like waterjet) from aluminum stock.

Pretty solid looking work. Do they interfere at all when turning the key?

It seems long enough to stay out of the way. My interior is still gutted, so haven't tried for realz yet. ;)

Keychains...
