Time goes by, people forget how it used to be. There IS still craft out there.
This current economic divide is creating a deeper trench between us. Only an idiot would pay so much for an old car. Real estate, etc. it's all goin nuts right now, for no good reason. The bubble will pop.

I noticed incorrect spark plug air seals. Missing engine lid seal. The case looks painted, maybe an aluminum case? Gaps in tin. Is that a shadow at #4 exhaust or a leak. I question the cooling ability of those aftermarket shrouds. Poor fitting of....

And yeah, that's an obscene amount of money to pay for one... But hey, there's business in it and business is good.

The case is chrome plated. Paradise Motorsports, of San Marcos, CA had it on the shelf two years ago when I went in to get my engine balanced……
#4 definitely looks like an exhaust leak.
