Hi. My name is cegammel, and I am a tool addict. Now I shall brag about my recent conquest of a lovely little thing...a little past my normal age requirement, but beautiful all the same...a 1946 Snap On 1/2 inch ratchet, left in the rusty bottom of a rusty box in the dusty corner of a dusty shop. With it was a '30s SO tool box, in good but rusty shape. Now both are cleaned and back in service. The box has a leather handle, which I am afraid won't survive long in the shop, so it becomes a house box. The ratchet gets used.
Now, I just have to hide my plethora of ratchets from the wife...

Well, the good thing about additional boxes is that they can hide additional tools!!
Currently rocking the 1941-1946 SnapOn K-55R box, (in red of course) as my "road box,"

Hahaha I wasn't sure if that photo was taken years ago, or recently…

In my case, definitely approching hoarder...scored two classic Proto ratchets last night...sick, twisted, demented...
