Can't believe it...

I am building a custom kitchen cabinet job and the customer picks "Sage Green" for the cabinet color just like my westy. Here is the sample color board to get a idea. I'll have to post a picture of the installed job.

That looks to be the one for the BobD.

There are apparently two Sage Green (taigagrun) colors, L-6whatever and L-6whatever H.
The H has the chrome yellow that wakes the hell up in sunlight.

Some of the panels are done being painted. People ask me where did you learn to paint? Here in my shop in fairly caveman like standards trying to achieve a perfect gloss finish. Ahh, nearly the same as old NOS VW parts made of Unobtainium. The brand in the German Mipa automotive paint thats fairly easy to work with once you get the hang of it and mixing it with hardner and thinner. In this heat (80-90F) it drys fast! So you can build coats quickly but have to watch for when the timing is correctly to spray the next coat on so it flows smooth.
I can't wait to do some more painting on my cars in Seattle when I am there next.
