NLA Compression Ring between muffler & catalytic

Vendors are out of stock of part number 023 298 051B. It's the compression ring type gasket set for joint between connector pipe/muffler and catalyst/muffler. Does anyone have a spare for sale or would know if the reducer gasket from a type 1 could be made to work? My local shop has the type one set up.

Found one from a shop that doesn't have an online presence. Head's up, everyone, this unassuming part was surprisingly hard to come by.

Did you measure inside/outside diameter of new part for our edification? Might be the same size as BMW.
