How was it?

I was a loser and didn't go. For being such a "relaxing" weekend I sure was tired today. Must've been all that fresh air. Yeah, that must be it.

Yep - that was me with the dog. Sorry I didn't get a chance to introduce myself. Tristessa and I were yappin' too much I guess. It was nice meeting ruckman and gimmecoffee. Looking forward to the next opportunity. Good conversation and good brew.

Thanks

Sure I think he is. But I can't vouch for him yet. I had some work done on the Pickle at Tom's Auto Body in Portland over on Powell I think and they did a great job at a reasonable price. Just testing the waters with this other guy who has a shop in Battleground I think. But come on by!!! I'll be the guy with the white fluffy dog. :geek:

Enjoyed meeting justgimmecoffee and Oregon 72.

Working Saturday at noon.

Bertha is waiting for me to duct-tape the driver's side rear-most window as a patch so that I can hopefully drive her until I can get a new one in. The window is still in, just shattered into little itty bitty safety glass pieces waiting to collapse. Sigh.

Can anyone help me pull a window from a '74 in a u-pull lot Friday morning? Which lot was that again Tristessa?

And I still need a new seal. Are the Halsey ones alright? Always V-Dub? or should I get one from the internet. Is it West Coast Metric?

So many little repairs, so little time. The pedals are about ready to go back into Gretchen ghia. Quandries, quandries. Tackle pedals Friday? or get glass. Sigh.

Probably glass. Let's see, is glycerin the stuff to get? Or just dish soap.

Get the glass first. The rain will be here sooner rather than later.

Oh, oh oh yes, the rain. Dang it. Gotta work on getting a garage up. But I promise the pedals will get into Gretchen. Not waiting until the garage is done.
