But nothing in the 4 books i have had my head in
Nor the countless searches within countless forums has led me to knowing what that is and what i need to do with it, if anything at all

And the exploded diagrams of the 32pdsits havent explained it to me either unless i am just not seeing it, which is completely possible
Just trying to learn and figure this baby out
Vacuum advance.
Vacuum Advance.
VACUUM ADVANCE.
If you have a vacuum advance can on your distributor, you put a hose from the carb vacuum advance nipple to the distributor vacuum advance nipple. Then you check to see if the engine advances beyond the centrifugal advance when you blip the throttle.
I don't know how to make it any more clear. But I need clear responses from you that suggest you actually read my supposition.
For example, you might have written in response to my last post,
"I have a vacuum hose leading to my distributor advance already."
Or you could have written, "
I do not have a vacuum advance distributor."
You know, anything to help us get you through.
