Looking for a few things for a GD engine which are coming up NLA as new from the usual vendors:
the cover for the alternator adjustment nut (021-119-295),
the alternator cover tin (022-903-203 Plastic Seal Ring),
Fan Screen (021-119-207),
and the cover which goes over the passenger side flapper in the fan housing where the fan housing meets the pipes to the heat exchanger (not sure about the part number on that one)
Would like to buy as a whole lot rather than spend a lot of money from 5 different folks on the samba, I'm hoping someone here has a parts type iv with some cooling components they can spare.
Willing to buy w/cash via PayPal or possibly trades for 1600 engine parts or misc parts from my '71 parts bus.
thanks!

Thanks Randy,
Not really new here, just don't post much. I'm a big fan of Colin, he came out to help me about 5 years ago with my first bus. I just closed the deal on #4 a few days ago, in the process of fixing all the missing stuff.
I'm going to try and be more active here throughout the winter as I'm looking to document some of my projects.
Thanks for the tip, I'll likely be chatting with Ken tomorrow.

No problem, Fred! I looked at your avatar and it said "I'm new!". I didn't bother to see that you had posted several times before so I guess we're even on the whole confusion score!jules wrote:slaps forehead.
dtrumbo your name probably isn't randy,
but since the notification of your post comes to my email box as randy.. well you can understand the confusion..
Seriously, Ken is a great resource. I'm fortunate enough to live nearby and I've been out to his place on numerous occasions. He seems to have at least ten of everything in his well-organized "warehouse". That said, if by chance he doesn't have what you need, get in touch with Chris at Busted Bus.

I've heard all good things about him as well.
