The environment is EVERYTHING. Weird how society doesn't realize that basic fact.

Interesting article. I think he'll run again. He's a politician and he's already been elected to the post of President of the United States. He'd walk away with the nomination if he were to declare his candidacy. He's smart, so he'll do it once we're closer to the convention. That way everyone else can continue to maul each other and he stays out of the fracas.

I voted for Gore and would again if??? I do believe he has bigger fish to fry and is doing really well. I doubt he will be on this up-coming ticket and would endorse Hillory if asked. She is the best the democrats have to offer as yet ~9-07~ . Not because she is a woman, as I, but has a history of carring and I like her , so far standings. Could change in a heart beat if anyone else is willing to speak out and take on the enourmus task and clean up the mess this nation has to clean up the Bush fall out.

Nowadays, quiet corporate influence has truly throttled any individual's contributions. If the President Himself is deemed a threat to the Current Order, you can bet he would be marginalized quickly (see Blow Job Clinton).
Al Gore would do well to stay clear of presidential politics, i think Elwood got it.

I don't know Colin, a strong Executive with solid populist support (and subsequent persuasion of Congress) could win back a lot of what's been lost. Wow, sounds familiar.Amskeptic wrote:In the Old Days.LiveonJG wrote:Elwood and turk, being President of the United States means you get to fry a whole lotta fish.

I agree. Blow-job Clinton did not have a democratic congress. Al Gore presumably would and I think he would be more discrete about his sex life too. In what position could you possibly have more influence than as president of the U.S. with a supportive congress?
