Bump.
Heading out in two weeks. Have not heard from Gypsie or Deschutestrout. Deschutestrout, have you been out scouting the area recently, will we be running into snow?

When are folks thinking of heading over? I'm up for Thursday afternoon. Not sure on that side of the mountain but I hit snow last weekend at around 1500ft. Could be some melt off in two weeks though.

I plan to head out Thursday afternoon the 22nd, may work a half a day. I was hoping to hear from Deschutes about conditions over there. I'm hopeful things will be good in two weeks.

I'm thinking a half day on Thursday also. Which route were you planning on driving? Maybe meet up in Sandy? I'll text Mark and see if he knows the conditions up there and see if he's planning on going if he's in town.

It appears the chance of rain for the Tygh Valley area has increased for this coming weekend to 40 / 20 / 40%, highs of 50 lows of 31.
Portland forecast is calling for snow levels to drop to 1500ft. Tygh Valley is 1,142 and Wamic is 1,676 although the Tygh Valley forecast shows rain.

FYI, the following weekend is 10% chance of rain, highs of 60 and lows of 38.

I've been watching that forecast. Seems to change daily. Should we postpone til next weekend?
