Thanks - Lab for sure. We were going to pull off but the kiddos had zonked out in the back so we just pushed on through, sorry. Have to get your cell number so we can sort all that out next time.tristessa wrote:Good to hear, Mike .. was hoping y'all would've pulled off someplace so I could ask how it was running burrito never happened.

Gary Marrs posted a bunch of pictures and I saw a link on the VW Camper Family site. I know he wouldn't mind me posting it here.

'Twas a grand event once again. Loved the mainstage music presence. Perfect compliment to the gathering.
Great to see old chums and meet some new ones.
Lively raft trip fer sure.
My fingers are still hurtin' from playing music.
Glad to hear Kubelwagon made it home ok.

X2. Mr. Gypsie, you certainly earned your merit badge(s)!Gypsie wrote:Glad to hear Kubelwagon made it home ok.
Yes, another great weekend. Smooth sailing on the way in but oh so very windy on the way home. I think the Trumbo circus wagon will shed at least the spare calliope next year. The trailer AND the bike rack was a little much but my new engine just said "whatever" and soldiered on.
Thanks Mark for a fantastic event. It just gets better and better! Hope to see you next year if not sooner!

Indeed, enjoyed myself immensely. Still wandering. Today finds us in Trinidad, CA. Windy but gorgeous. The redwoods never fail to impress me. Dance recital this evening in Eureka, tomorrow I hope to adjust the brakes and carb. Bertha Bus is running strong, though.

Just got home from an extended run to Northeast Oregon and Southeast Washington.
What a fantastic weekend!
That might just have been the best RendeVW yet!
Thanks Mark!
And thanks to all who made it so much fun!

Sure hope I didn't pass this wonderful virus to anyone last weekend. Seems as though it's progressed into either some strain of Rotavirus or Norovirus. Oh what good times. Just getting back to work today with a still uneasy GI tract. Great weight loss program though.
Chorizo, it's what's for breakfast.

You did. I was the fat guy in the tye-dye previous-RendezVW t-shirt heckling Gypsie while he dutifully helped fix Kubelwagen's Vanagon.Sluggo wrote:Did I see you there?
