WE care. We CARE. WE CARE.
A Chevy Asstro smearing its pedestrian and mendacious mediocrity of form (not to mention function) across this phenomenal and glorious landscape is clearly the sort of abomination that draws into debate the very question of artistic excellence possessed by the photographer so breezily assured of us in the prior post.

O dear O dear O DEAR!

Your Honner, if it please the court - the defense respectfully (more or less) reminds His Honner that the above-pictured, "Asstro" was photographed in 1998 (more or less) and does not represent the current artistic, creative, emotional or vehicular aspirations of the defendant.

Mebbe I could clone out the Asstro and clone in Frito.

I said something like that when mom caught me with that March 1975 issue of Penthouse.

Hey Peter, you MUSTN'T photoshop Frito into that landscape, I mean really. That would be no less offensive than a fricken used Frigidaire washing machine sitting in the middle of an Ottoman Empire Antiquities Exhibit, or a big white refrigerator placed next to the piano in the living room, or perhaps a large beached whale in an advanced state of decomposition in the clean room at Western Digital, or Bristol Palin chicken-dancing in Swan Lake, do you need any further examples?

How about an original Yoko Ono?

Up, up the long, delirious, burning blue, I’ve topped the wind-swept heights with easy grace. Where never lark, or even eagle flew. And, while with silent, lifting mind I've trod, The high untrespassed sanctity of space, Put out my hand, and touched the face of God.
