CK - I'm really happy you're back on the road, in the saddle and in fine form once again. You're livin' & drivin' the dream of a lotta folks. Your brand of freedom is an enviable commodity and the tales and photos you send back from the road are a thing of beauty. Thank you for making it happen!! =D> =D> =D>

Sometimes it feels like I am in a dark tunnel:

But there seems to be light or something at the end of it:

Each day on the road is like that:

You're kidding! What were you driving? I am at San Mateo Starbucks at the I-25 ramp. I wasn't going fast or anything . . . :blackeye:

No kidding. I was one street west of I-25 in a parking lot of the local Dollar Store, touching up some L90D Pastelwhite when I heard a horn/screech/kabOOFclinkaclinka then the most amazing streak of screaming from a Chrysler 300 coming down the street with the back bumper hanging off. No words just primal screams. The Chevy Suburban had stopped against a pole. The Chrysler, driven by a young woman of 19 or so (AGAIN) had pulled out in front of the Chevy blabbityblab-blabbing on her phone. A passing matronly sort of woman blocked her at the Dollar Store so she could answer to her obligation to the Chevy dude who was certainly more calm than the girl, "my boyfriend is GOING TO KILL ME!!!!" There is restless energy here in Albuquerque . . .
