Yep Z, Colin is headed for upper 70's low 80's in Maupin, which is northern-ish central Oregon.

They are calling it "juneuary" up here. Weather this cold and late has not been in this much abundance since 1917. The sun is out today though and don't worry Colin the driving south defroster will help you out :geek:

Maupin should be warm but not HOT......

Same saying in Chicago, but here you have to wait 15 minutes. Life moves a little slower in the heartland, I guess.

Sorry it's been cold for you, Colin. We have been hearing big stories of Big Weather in the midwest, so it seems you beat it out of Dodge just in time. I think flooding would have been a worse situation than a bit of snow. Also, better to be in a cold front before it meets the warm moisture from the Gulf, than to be where they combine to spawn terrifying tornadoes. Yeow! scary time of year for the midwest. Glad you are OK. Here's hoping the sun breaks out in it's full glory for your arrival to the Pacific states.

Yeah, that was me at whc03grady's house.
Colin makes himself out to have been much, much, much more terrible than he was. We found him to be perfectly professional, polite, and level-headed, even in the face of rain/snow and rapidly oncoming Ford Tauruses.
