FISHING!!!

Post by Sluggo » Tue Aug 02, 2011 11:08 am

Added fishing to the camping section because I'm getting into it. Anybody in Oregon like to fish? Wanna share a spot or get a trip together?

I'm a whatever it takes to catch a fish fisherman. Been liking the Panther Martin 1oz blue/silver spoon. But worms work well too.

Got a fly pole but I just suck at casting it. Gonna bring it next time and try it out though. Watching those trout jump out and catch mosquitoes at dusk makes me think fly's would be great that time of day. Currently looking for a cheap, inflatable boat.

I would appreciate that very much. You ever go fishing for fun or is just work now?

Yeah...still fish for fun too. Try and do at least a couple of floats for fun each year. Went on a family Deschutes float last week for 3 days....had a blast. Zane hooked a couple nice trout on a dry fly. I hooked several too...as did grandpa.
