Have been injoying with my drummer friend with snacks and good wine on MY tv, great reception and HD to boot--- the baseball gods are with me.

Happy for you and others, looking forward to see what Texas fans look like on Sat. Really liked Nolan Ryan when he was with the California Angels ----I know ----way back when.

Two years after buying a 55" Sony I finally got to watch HDTV on it.
Thing is, an HDPVR has gone from $700 to $200 in that time and cheap-ass Peter wouldn't spring for the unit until the price went down. Besides, DVDs look great on this TV and they're just SDTV.

In any case, the very first thing I watched in HD was the first SF-TX game.

Gee whiz, ay? You really can see a lot more. :drunken:

Wish me 'n Frito coulda made that camp. Looks like great fun. Frito's going in to hibernation next week, so he can get stuff done over the winter, so any other camps are off the table for us in the GWN. Next April he might get to go to Death Valley and Vegas, baby.
