Not a joke, I'm the Hal in question.

Yeah, I get .. those references .. from time to time. It was actually kinda fun when I worked for a guy named Dave. :cyclopsani:

Yeah, I was really hoping both you and Gypsie would be available for more of these trips...but apparently not everyone is wilderness-camp-crazy like me and Jasan. Go figure, the quiet people want to get the hell away from everybody else!
That's the way it goes down though. Everybody has different priorities in their lives. Me, I'd be out there every day if I could.

Unfortunately we'll not have CB contact any more, but if you stay on that 4610 road we'll be easy to find.
I have a bunch of beer too! Funny how that works out.

A very good friend just reminded me how important it is to keep your word when you are making plans. I am taking his cue and am going to bust my ass and get that vanagon home and then pack the wagon with the bare essentials. I will probly have to hit you guys up for some of the finer things (like beer) as I will not be able to afford much. I have to tread lightly at home as well as I am changing plans at home again. though I think she will understand that I need some me time.

Chachi, When are you planning on leaving? I may be up for a later start.
So it all started when I wanted to get better gas mileage....

Glad you wised up. I'm almost all packed. Spent a ton of time figuring out an arrangment for the bed in Charlie. Wound up taking out the middle seat and using half of a coffee table to help support the end of the bed. (hope you're not reading this honey. :blackeye: )

going to try to sneak out on my dinner break and get ice and food, then I'm just about done.

See ya there!

I'll have extra everything. Just bring you.
Glad you're gonna make it - you need to get away for your own sanity.
I'll see everyone tomorrow at 9 at the Ranger Station.
I am so unbelievably thankful to be out of work......
Chachi, we shall see you at the campy-spot. Just look for a bunch of buses. You won't miss us.
Peace y'all.
