10th annual! Symbolized by tin or aluminum, or diamond jewelry. We'll have to do some crafts.

I vote for the end of March as usual, end of Spring Break. Bonney Crossing? That would be fitting since we started there.

I'm in. Bonney Crossing sounds good. Actually one of my favorite areas. You thinking the actual campground or up above? Wonder how much snow is up there this year?

I'd like to go to the camp. I know not like me! Lots of nice light down there if it's not raining. And I'm nostalgic.
I have no plans for Easter, if anyone else does we can maybe move it around.

Dunno about snow, hey Mark? Bet all the warm rain is melting a lot.

Right now snow level is 8" at 3400' in the Clackamas. Shouldn't be a problem unless it's deep down there in the canyon.

Definitely have to come in from the north though I'm assuming.

No Easter plans here so I'm for sure in, barring some unseen circumstance. I'm off Fridays now so can get out of town Thursday afternoon.

Directions, courtesy of Mark and Bob from '08 etc:

To Bonney Crossing C.G.:
Take I-84 to The Dalles...exit 87...hwy 197 South towards Maupin. 10 miles before Maupin you'll come to a blinking light. Turn right into Tygh Valley (or left if you've come over the mountain and are heading north on 197) Turn right at the Tygh Tavern...this will put you on Wamic Market Road. Follow this up the hill and on into the town of Wamic (stay left at the junction where you see signs for "Lexies"). Once to Wamic(7 miles or so), turn left at the Y (follow signs to Barlow Road Route). After 4 miles, the pavement will change to shock-testing broken pavement...you'll know you're approaching the turn off . Go another mile (5 miles total from Wamic) and turn right (road 4810) at the sign for Bonney Crossing. 1/4 mile stay right at the Y. Mile 2...take right at sign (road 4811). Mile 4...go right at the T onto 2710.
2710 then drops down into the Badger Creek canyon at Bonny Crossing.
Watch for orange hubcap, or Buses! Depending on the weather, we will either be on 160 (SOUTH side of the canyon), Bonny Crossing Camp (BOTTOM of the canyon), or down 140 (NORTH side). It's EZ, you'll find us.

Right now, 7" of snow at 3400' in the Clackamas at Peavine.
