Camping Report - Point Beach State Park - Two Rivers, WI

We liked this place so much the first time, we decided to come back again! Point Beach State Park is located in Manitowoc/Two Rivers Wisconsin, right on Lake Michigan http://dnr.wi.gov/topic/parks/name/pointbeach/. The beach is great, the campground is very clean and the facilities (toilets/showers) are well maintained.
Loaded up the Westy, and hit the road! I love how she drives all weighed down. It was about 70 degrees outside, and I cruised at a calm 55-60 mph. Things stayed nice and cool, and she ran like a CHAMP!
Got to our site right along the lake - even had a lake view and you could hear the waves all day/night.
While camping, you got to make smores........
Had a few of these...
And more than a few of these
...
Hiked to a few lighthouses.
Then headed home and enjoyed the farmland of Wisconsin.
All in all, it was a great trip. Bus ran great. Total of 350 miles - got about 17-18 mpg fully loaded. Did not seem to burn any oil.....and I thought this engine was almost done for.....nope!
