Wow, an injector seal and a rear quarter window and you've got a decent daily driver (as long as the rear quarter isn't a popout). For fun I'd fix this in the P.O.'s driveway then drive away smiling.
Man Arizona cars are 'spensive. That'd be a $1200+ car here. Of course, it'd be rust free too.
