kind of 'fixed up' but in the Rainier wilderness (an hour away from Y'all).

You guys should go 'Sunday drivin' and do some recon.
So it all started when I wanted to get better gas mileage....

Jasan would normally chime in here but he's sick as a dawg.
Hell I've been sneezing and stuffy since the trip. Takes a lot outa you sitting in the foggy rain for a couple days.
But I do see buds on the trees, waiting paitently to explode...

HUH? WHAT? speak into my good ear :flower: (on wall)

any volcano will do just fine, and your right we haven't done a ton of exploring around these parts. We are getting to know the coastal areas pretty well though.

Know what?

Hoh rain forest, there.... I picked a spot :geek:

Olympic national park, lots of areas for exploring....plus nurse trees, banana slugs and a shit ton of elk.

what do you spooners think?

I've heard winter is the best time to go to aviod the crowds. That sounds absolutely fabulous as I've been wanting to go up there for years. Pick a date! Sometime in March? April? Wow we're really representin' the IAC on these trips.
I still want to have a Tacoma trip before then, but that can be an overnight. You guys mind if I sleep at the foot of the bed? I don't snore.

Not a problem! We have a futon upstairs and of course the bus out back if you prefer....

I may only have one weekend in march I believe the third one..I'll have to check with the boss for march.

April is lookin' pretty wide open at this point, who knows we might catch some stuff starting to flower at that point.....

Allright, I looked a map and I think Hoh is too far for me right now. I'm gonna look into wilderness areas near you and get back to ya.
