I grew up in Porterville. Does that count?

1. Move bus from hiding place in garage.

Unless the raccoons get it, I'll be bbq-ing a tritip for our tiny pot luck.

Let 'em. I'm gonna eat when I want to eat, where I want to eat. Yeah, I'm pretty much a bastard. We should at least let the handful of IAC regulars know...then we mummmm it up. Fancypants, Paige....you, IFB, Hammy, Sluggo, Vista...Westy78, I'm sure I'm missin' one or four.

No Fred Flintstone'n for me. I got the floor finished and on the road after being down for a few months. Brakes are bled with a new master cylinder and fluid flush. Wow, brakes have improved greatly!!! Always a plus with 4 manual drums. Whoo Hooo!

I remembered to look last night what site we're in. That would be Aaaa37.
Should be there Friday afternoon, with beverages, with fire wood, with pot -
luck.
See you all there.
Can't wait.

OK, now I have read all the previous posts I can finally chime in and comment on all my questions and comments about this trip.
I will pitch 10$ on the keg and bring some of my own since I am so late on commenting. What did you end up picking up Deschutestrout? (curious)
After I was told the ranger was a Nazi about doubling up spots I called ReserveAmerica. The person I talked there said that there would be no problem with having two vehicles in a single spot just as long as the vehicles are completely on the pad. Since the ranger and ReserveAmerica people are not on the same page I have a good argument. From what it sounds like the ranger is just kind of dick that wants to limit people. I don't see the difference between two vehicles and a vehicle pulling a trailer if the vehicle was a van that people could sleep in.
From what it sounds like I will need to bring tons of firewood, lots of beer (and or other intoxicants), beer for the tasting session, my IAC Potluck food, rain shelter, chair, and a space heater. Besides other personal cooking/ other gear & food, what else am I missing?
