Parking In The Pines - Oct 2010 - Golden, CO

Post by calivw78 » Tue Sep 07, 2010 7:48 am

Parking In The Pines is set this year for the weekend of October 15th. Bring
your blankets and heaters and come enjoy camping with no bugs. We "should" be having a repeat of donated goodies from GoWesty as well as some other things we've picked up along the way. All for the making of a nice raffle.

More info is at http://calivw78.com/pitp

You could bring Vandejo . . . and do a lottery.

"step right up, ladies and gentlemen, $1.00 in the kettle here, now guess what happens when you step on the accelerator pedal all the way!!! Oh, I'm sorry, you're quite wrong, NEXT! Step on up here, you look like a smart sort of fellow, guess what happens when you step on the accelerator pedal . . . "

There is a switch under the gas pedal for buses with automatic transmissions. When you press the gas all the way down, it depresses the switch, telling the transmissions to downshift. In the case of Vandejo, the switch tells the fuel pump to turn on. Even with no key in the ignition. Not cool.
