I just went there a couple weeks ago! Just hiking through. Thought it would be a great place for a gathering. Sweet!

Any "entrance fee" to be aware of? Kinda low on funds, but alway have a few bucks for gas, and gotta eat anywhere you go...

There is no fee at McBee ~ just bring yourselves, food and some wood if you can.

I hope you all can make it, we've camped here a few times and it's always been a good time.

I made it to this here event for a couple hours on Saturday. Good buncha folks. Even made peace with the local yokels on ATVs, and got a few 4wheel joyrides out of it. Good spot for a bus gathering, if yer into the established campsite thing. Lots of bus space and hiking, and it's free! No lowered buses, getting into the site required some nice mini-rock crawling. Wish I coulda spent a night, but duty called....
