How about southern Illinois, southern Indiana, or Ohio or Kentucky in May folks?

Put In Bay in November?? I see they have a Kentucky event.
Up, up the long, delirious, burning blue, I’ve topped the wind-swept heights with easy grace. Where never lark, or even eagle flew. And, while with silent, lifting mind I've trod, The high untrespassed sanctity of space, Put out my hand, and touched the face of God.

Anyone up for a long weekend of camping in early June? Colin will be in the area, maybe we can get him to partake and on his end drum up some business.

I'd like to throw out the Galena area for it's beauty. Although I am up for whatever, I'm sure if it's a bunch of acvw owners it'll be a great time.

Seem like a pretty good time to all hook up/ get away, shall I PM the great one and see if he's interested? Although Turk, Hambone and the Wonderland is enough for me.

Who would be the great one? My guess is Colin. He would like it there. It is Hambone's favorite campground.....

*edit* before he moved to Oregon. That's my story and I'm stickin' to it.

Yeah first went there in '89, by accident. That place was my salvation. Used to go every other weekend in the summertime. Long drive! It's fun taking the Illinois highways all the way out or going thru Savanna etc.
I remember once when Turk kicked a giant puffball mushroom and it exploded.

Why not plan ahead for a couple days camping in addition to seeing Teri's graduation?

Pretty cool. And you turned Turk on to it. And he turned me on to it. It's made a couple of lives more bearable.

I will keep an eye on the dates. I might be able make some time although its hard to get time off in June for me.
I'm all out of ideas and I've tried nothing.

Wooded Wonderland is where my dog Truman met his twin brother!

His brother turned out to be a girl and she was pregnant! WW is a great place for a dog to live.
