It's called Ichiban Japanese Restaurant.. close to Safeway on Cornell.
The best navigators aren't sure where they're going until they get there. And then they're still not sure.

Well thank you, that is very close to me, about 6 miles away.

I am near Baseline and Cornelius Pass. That could be a great kick off.

Will you guys be taking 6 or 26 to the coast? VanWilder is not fond of the hills on 26 so we will be going 6 and cut up to Nehalem. Plus the coast ride is
well,, the coast ride.

Just curious...

Sounds good. I'm not doing the 6. Did that either last year of the year before and there were far too many turns for me. VERY windy. The hills on the 26 aren't too bad and where it is a bit steep they do a pretty good job of giving others a passing lane. But it's up to you!!!

See you next month.

Man I just can't seem to ditch you guys. Well thanks, and kisses all around, and especially to Kirk.
OR6 does have more curves but the grades are far less steep. Ya notice it quite a bit with 57 hp. :geek: 26 kinda stresses me out.

I want to slit my wrists every time I take 26. The hills are a crusher compared to 6. Yes more turns but less stress and concern for me I think.

Both ways are roughly the same distance just more coast driving if you take 6.

You goin, Colin? It's fun getting drunk in the 35 degree rain. And you can hang various meats in your bus, they will keep.

Jeez Hambone...always spoutin' 'bout the weather at Nehalem. We've had some 55 degree sunshine there ... and yes, some complete shit too ... but hey, you LOVE the outdoors, right? I'm goin. I'm takin' 26 you ninnies. Wayne and I will fare just fine...providing I don't break down or run out of gas or catch on fire or something. Glad you're comin' Hammy...wouldn't be the same, cold, wet, windy misery without ya :geek:

BRING LOTS OF WOOD!!! They totally schlong ya at the park for wood. I'll bring a bunch as normal....but we usually go through LOTS.

That could prove interesting. And Wayne, don't forget the raccoon bait to place around your bus.

Would be great to have you join us for sushi! And...consider carabusing with us up and over 26....I 3rd gear it where needed and haven't had issues...yet....we usually hit camp with a couple hours of daylight left...set up...tap the keg...start a fire...burn baby burn. The 3rd night makes it extra special IMHO. And...the late night beach walks being stalked by racoons...priceless. Wayne knows several of them...they're probably still burpin'.

I am in on Sushi and will carabus probably to 6/26. I am kinda partial to 6 to Tilimook and up the coat to Nehalem. The hills on 26 eat the vanagon alive.

You guys would for sure beat me there by about 1/2 hour at least. I don't mind the longer distance for less stress.

I don't know. Hammie are you thinking about 6? Maybe we could race and see which team makes it first. Hammies rig is right about as fast as mine.
