FI Newbie with a basic question; how to remove injector?

How do you it? I tried gently wiggling it, and wiggling it while squeezing the sides. I thought that I'd just ask before I took out the pliers; what's the way to remove a Baywindow bus fuel injector?

Once you remover the retaining plate from the intake they should just pull out without too much trouble. I don't remember having much resistance when I pulled mine.

Spray a little shot of GumOut around the seating surface too.
