Fuel Injection PSI

What is the psi within the fuel injection system?
I'm all out of ideas and I've tried nothing.

It should have about 35psi with the hose disconnected from the pressure regulator. Approximately 28 with the hose connected.
Chorizo, it's what's for breakfast.
