J30R9 Fuel Line - Metric Source

Post by jimbear » Wed May 16, 2012 12:00 pm

I have been wrestling with the fuel line debate lately. Too big or too small standard sized line? OG cloth braided? WTF? :geek:

Finally I discovered the properly rated hose in metric sizes and very close to what I need in size. I need 5.5mm; I have a '74 bus with dual solex--stock. I am now in possession of several meters of J30R9 5.6mm fuel line. Reasonably priced with shipping at $35 for 3 meters from the UK. I'll keep you posted on my experience.

I think I done good...what do you think?

Put it in the Parts Known To Be Good sticky if the quality appears to be . . . unassailable.
