Good job, bretski. It just feels better when you drop off to sleep to know that your car has a chance to stand up against the elements.
I also love getting that solid early Mercedes door close thunk in my cars. When you do the rubber matting over the front wheel wells, you can put some soundproofing on the metal surfaces before you re-lay the rubber matting, that does a nice job of damping road rumble.
